Rental Bike Guide

Availability for bikes vary daily. We typically put bikes in our fleet that are represented on our sales floor. Our key brands, Specialized, Cannondale, Cervelo, and Scott are well represented. Here is a guide to help you understand what is available in our rental fleet:

  • Standard Bikes:

A “standard” mountain bike is a front suspension bicycle. These are mid-level bikes suitable for casual riding and light trail riding. An example of this kind of bike is a Specialized Rockhopper or a Cannondale F7.

A “standard” road bike is a entry level bike. Typical components are Shimano Sora and Tiagra. An example of this kind of bike is a Specialized Allez or a Scott Speedster.

  • Deluxe Bikes:

A “deluxe” road bike is a mid level bike that typically has Shimano 105 and Ultegra components. An example of this kind of bike is a Cannondale Six5 or Specialized Tarmac.

  • Ultra Deluxe Bikes:

A “ultra deluxe” road or triathlon bke is a high end bike that will have at least Ultegra but commonly Dura Ace components. The majority are carbon frames. Examples of this kind of road bike are Cannondale Six3, Cervelo R3 or Look 585. Examples of this kind of triathlon bike is a Scott Plasma or Aegis T2.

A “ultra deluxe” mountain bike is a upper end, fully suspended bike. These typically have disc brakes and are commonly all mountain designs to accommodate our rugged terrain. An example of this bike is a Specialized Enduro or Cannondale Rize.
