Rental Basics:

 

• • Plan ahead: Bikes can be reserved up to 90 days in advance.

  • Hours of Operation: Monday through Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Sunday Closed.

  • Early Starts: If you’d like an early morning ride, please book your rental for a time slot the evening before. No exceptions.

  • Rental period: Rentals are calculated in 24-hour periods—you choose the pickup and return times that work best for your adventure.

  • Sundays: Since we’re closed, single-day rentals are not available on Sundays. To ride on Sunday, please book a 2-Day rental (pickup Saturday – return Monday)

  • Pick-up: Available Monday through Saturday until 4:30 PM (30 minutes before closing).

  • Payment: Collected at the time of booking. If your plans change, our cancellation policy is as follows:

    • Cancel more than 48 hours in advance → 75% refund

    • Cancel less than 48 hours in advance → 50% refund

    • No-shows → no refund

  • Returns: Please return your bike rental on your scheduled return date so the next rider can enjoy their adventure too.

  • Running late? Give us a quick call and we’ll do our best to work with you. Without prior notice, a one day’s rental rate per additional day fee will apply.

    (If another rider has reserved the same bike, an additional one-day charge may be applied to cover their missed rental.)
